Functional is Simple

Technology is a wonderful thing. Nowadays, we can achieve fantastic things with the various Web technologies available. However, we don't want to build Websites that are difficult to use, slow to load or require special software.
 
Adding too many features and tools may make your Website more functional, but it could make it more difficult to use. During Usability Testing, we evaluate which of these Features and Tools Customers use and how they use them. We also look at what Customers don't use and ask why they don't use it.
 
Finally, we arrive at the optimum functionality for a Website, providing both good Usability and Task Completion.
